QMS/CS Manager (QA Manager) @Chonburi (80K-100K) (SDG-36852)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage overall the Company’s quality system, planning audits and implementation and continual compliance to meet the requirements of ISO9001 / IATF requirement, automotive customer requirement.
 Ensure that the products meet quality requirements
 Coordinate with Quality Managers to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised by customers
 Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or any requests.
 Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customer’s specifications and requirements.
 Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product’s quality.
 Train and guide quality management team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
 Develop, prepare and maintain product quality documentation based on ISO9001 / IATF requirement, automotive customer requirement.
 Mange and coordinate both internal and external audits
 Address customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 37-41years old
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
 At least 10 years experiences as QA/QC in Electrical or Automotive manufacturing company with also not less than 5 years of experiences in managerial level.
 Electronics or Automotive manufacturing industries, strong leadership, achieve yield and quality target
 Excellent knowledge in ISO 9001 / IATF requirement, Automotive customer requirement, Document control
 Strong background in Internal & external audit related with quality system ( including customer visit and Quality system audit )
 Advanced conversation level of English. (High)
 Japanese Speaking at least level N3-N1 ( optional )



<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Work experiences in Electrical manufacturing company is preferable
 Business Level of English
 Be able to communicate in Japanese JLPT N3-N1 ( optional )
