Senior Finance Staff (27K-35K) (SDG-37632)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage cash flow, prepare monthly cash flow forecast, and perform bank reconciliation
Develop and maintain financial functions for cash management, such as petty cash and advanced payment
Procure and negotiate on supplier contracts and transactions
Review monthly results and prepare monthly variance report
Oversee bookkeeping functions, including the maintenance of GL, AP, and AR
Follow-up customers for disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms
Work with solicitors and make decision with Sales Dept. in case of bad debts
Handle preparation of annual budget and review budget
Liaise with both internal (management and colleagues) and external (Banks and others related)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, age 27-35 years old
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years in accounting & financial function
English: Conversational (TOEIC 550 or above)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Familiar with ERP system
Working experience in Factory Automation industry or related field
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Punnawithi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
