Product Manager (Brand Manager) (75K-95K) (SDG-37936)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Creating Brand strategies to build brand image to be top of mind with target group as well as to increase brand loyalty
 Setting Brand guideline, brand vision and value positions for both short term and long term
 Planning communication strategies for media actions on all channels both online and social media to build brand awareness
 Carrying out marketing research in order to keep update with customer trends as well as trying to predict future trends
 Managing marketing campaigns and analyze competitor
 Organizing events such as product launches, exhibition and shooting
 Managing A&P budgets
 Supervising advertising, packaging design and others to maintain consistency in branding
 Represent yourself as Brand representative in public event
 Meeting with Japanese Team to understand the concept and global policy



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality ,Female, age 35-40 years old
 Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related field
 At least 7 years experiences in Product or Brand Manager especially in personal care and cosmetic product
 Have experience manage budget for over 40 million baht.
 Able to analyses target group and understand market trends as well as product to respond to customer needs
 Have knowledge about of all media channel and know beauty blogger
 Creativity and ability to produce innovative and new ideas
 Time and project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
 Strategic thinking and come up with new campaigns
 Analytical skill and attention to details
 Good communication in English skill ( able to communicate with Japanese)
