QA Manager

QA Manager @Rayong (50K-60K) (SDG-38054)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Implement QA activities in inspecting aluminium products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
 Manage labor control and volume of job assignment for each staff
 Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality
 Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern
 Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained
 Conduct QA audit and Quality risk analysis at production site
 Keep KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI
 Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to client
 Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem
 Perform other tasks as assign by JP Director



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 33-39 years old
 Bachelor's degree in field of engineering
 Conversational level of English (Middle up)
 At least 3 years working experience as QA in Aluminium Die-Casting company
 At least 3 years management experience with subordinates more than 5 members
 Good at numbers
 At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry or any related

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to communicate in Japanese

Workplace Area: WHA Eastern Seaboard Industri, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri *Saturday working up to company schedule, average once a month)
