Civil Engineer (Factory Construction) (30K-40K) (SDG-38240)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Be responsible for civil and structure of factory construction
 Control and supervise subcontractors to work as planned
 Prepare plans, drawing design, daily work, specification information and cost estimates
 Monitor construction progress
 Ensure the projects are aligned with the project scope, budget, design and timeline.
 Monitor completed buildings to check if there are any malfunctions or troubles to be fixed
 Visit the factory/other projects for site work by own car
 Prepare and summarize daily, weekly, and monthly report
 Project Location: Amata City Chonburi, Rayong, Industrial Estate; Bang Pli, Bang Poo, Well Grow and etc. (To be confirmed)



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male, age 28 – 35 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
 At least 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer
 Holding Possess Associate Engineer License (Ordinary Member)
 AutoCAD proficiency
 Having own car
 Willing to work at a construction site such as Amata City Chonburi, Rayong, Industrial Estate; Bang Pli, Bang Poo, Well Grow and etc.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experienced in factory construction

Languages skills
English: Basic Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Sat: 08.00-12.00))
