Senior Lawyer (50K-100K) (SDG-38241)
<Job Responsibilities>
Give legal advice to clients as a consultant in any field
Investigate the matter offered by client and prepare the report
Support registration of company especially BOI registration and M＆A by giving legal advice and preparing legal documents
Support preparing and reviewing legal documents for investment of property, contract of employment etc..
You may join this company as a business partner
Manage and support subordinates to deal with the difficult projects
Other duties assigned by Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30 – 45 years old
Bachelor's degree
Holding Lawyer License
Business level of English
At least 10 year of working experience as Lawyer in international or Japanese Legal firm
Have experience of project such as M&A, BOI registration
