HR and Admin Officer (VISA & Work Permit) (18K-35K) (SDG-38257)
<Job Responsibilities>
Mainly responsible in preparation and process VISA, work permit, and other immigration matters for expatriates
Provide payroll support data: time attendance, unpaid leave, etc.
Review time attendance sheets accuracy
Prepare and monitor monthly/yearly reports (e.g. time attendance, OT data)
Purchase and monitor office supplies
Maintain office facilities/utilities
Provide general support for visitors
Perform end-to-end recruitment
Maintain and monitor employee info system
Issue letters (e.g. salary verification, employment letter)
Improve HR systems (e.g. generate new ideas)
Handle benefits, welfare, employee relation activity
Create employment contracts and give notification of new joiners and workforce monthly report
Maintain files and correspondence, and handle confidential materials and information effectively
Keep up to date with labour law and expatriate employment
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 23 – 31 years old
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year work experience in HR & Admin scope (VISA and Work Permit experience is a must)
Good command of written and spoken English (to internal communicate with expatriates)
Knowledgeable in: visa, re-entry, work permit, 90 days notification, documents for expatriates
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Knowledgeable in Board of investment registration
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
