Motor Claims Call Center Manager (40K-60K) (SDG-38291)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage team of customer service in area of accident for 24 hours
Conduct the review process of standard of customer services
Conduct the surprise check to ensure the quality of customer service by hearing voice data
Ensure the claim/feedback report of customer service team from customers
Collaborate to other department to run the process smoothly
Administrative tasks of claim documents and cutomer serivce time table
Review outstanding open claims
Implement the development program of customer service team
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30 – 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 7 years of experience in Customer Service of Insurance industry (especially non-life insurance)
Able to communicate English in daily conversation
Able to solve problems professionally
