Order operation staff (Japanese Speaking) (30K-50K) (SDG-38836)
<Job Responsibilities>
Inquiries and answers regarding product shipment and product content
Confirmation of product contents
Accepting and processing change requests for contracts, orders, and shipments
Order reception and processing (billing)
Exchanges with vendors such as transportation companies and warehouse companies
Preparation and reporting of related materials
Other tasks will be assigned by Japanese Manager and Senior member
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 24-30 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
Eager to work in new set-up company
Fluent level of Japanese (writing, reading, speaking)
Conversational level of English
Microsoft Excel Skill
Has willingness to work in one company for long time

Working Hour: 7:00-21:00 (8 Hours working / Have flexible timing / 2 days off in a week (After probation)
