E-Commerce Division Manager

E-Commerce Division Manager (80K-150K) (SDG-38847)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Lead and manage EC (Lazada, JD CENTRAL) business and hit the sales target
 Plan sales campaign/promotion and execute it (not only Lazada's one, but company's own promotion)
 Plan the branding, photo and introduction on EC site
 Analyse page views, conversion and other data (if possible)
 Set up own EC site by using third party web developer
 Other tasks assigned by GM or MD



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 Strong Commitment to sales target
 Have achievements for the sales target in EC business
 Have at least 5 year's working experience to plan and execute for sales increase
 Have leadership and management experience to lead the team and project
 Have business level English for report to boss and weekly meeting
 Logical thinking

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Working experience to sale luxury products such as cosmetics, jewelry, glasses (not grocery items and foods) on EC
 Able to think marketing plan except for discount to keep the high brand image
