Design Manager (Construction) (70K-100K) (SDG-39086)
<Job Responsibilities>
Manage and control design of construction project
Lead & mentor your team to keep smooth working process
Able to give an advice about design for construction to Construction team or customer
Review and analyzing TOR, specifications, construction drawings and contracts
Organize the project development including coordinating with surveyors to understand existing conditions, coordinating with architectural.
Lead design coordination with consultants and technical coordination with site team and contractors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male, age 45-70 years old
Bachelor degree in Civil engineer or architecture
Have knowledge of RC design
Good command in English language.
Professional in MS office, MS outlook, Auto CAD, Revit, BIM etc.
Able to work under pressure
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Able to speak Japanese
Have car and driving license
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Phetcaburi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
