Corporate Lawyer (30K-70K) (SDG-39113)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Stay updated with the information related to the laws and legal processes.
 Advise the company’s management on the ways to avoid legal issues from arising.
 Needs to consult various sources and prepare the policy papers.
 Required to offer legal interpretation service to the company’s management on different factors on the present laws and regulatory needs.
 Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities
 Advising the CEO and other senior corporate officers on a variety of issues
 Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
 Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 24-45 years old
 Bachelor degree in Law
 New graduate are welcome
 Have experience in law field for cooperate.
 Good command in English both spoken and written
 Computer literacy especially MS.Office.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Have at least 3 years as Corporate Lawyer
 Have lawyer license

Working Hour: 8:30-18:00(Mon-Fri)
