Facilities Project Engineer (Mechanical Engineer) (60K-70K) (SDG-39245)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage a wide spectrum of Facilities Construction projects such as commercial building, office building, etc.
 Planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance and modifications of construction and facilities system such as oil-free air systems, Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, boilers and environmental compliance exhaust systems.
 Planning and co-ordination of relevant activities to deliver construction scope, schedule and budget to meet business needs.
 Evaluating current systems, determining compliance to standards and processes, providing technical direction and/or support in ensuring up-time, operational efficiency, maintenance, system modeling and change control
 Translate business and technical requirements into high quality Designs that enable biddable, affordable and constructive solutions.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 32-35 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering
 5-10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering in energy construction business/chemical plant engineering industry/mechanical engineering facility services support, such as facilities HVAC, exhaust/pumps/piping/valves, PCS, chillers, boilers and compressor systems, Chilled/Process cooling water plant, chemical engineering principles, pumps, valves, flow calculations and chemical analytical testing.
 Mechanical Engineer License
 English: Conversational high or above
