Sales Manager - Deputy GM (Pinthong Factory) @Chonburi (45K-52K) (SDG-38949)
<Job Responsibilities>
 This position mainly focus on Management and business development for finding new client
 Depending on the performance, this position will be promoted to GM
 Manage team members in order to achieve sales objectives and goals of the responsible territories
 Drive sales members to take action for business development and following up the clients by themselves
 Develop sales strategy align with objective and implement
 Develop plan for Business Development for finding new client
 Maintain and build relationship with existing client
 Negotiating contractual terms and conditions with distributors or customers for maximizing revenue yield.
 Other tasks as assigned by Japanese



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 38-49 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in any field
 At least 10 years Work Experience as Sales (B2B) in Manufacturing Industry or Trading company
 Having experience business development, promoting sales strategy to subordinates
 Having experience in Japanese company
 At least 3 years Management experience
 Conversational low level of English for internal communication
 Have own car for commuting and sales activity

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having experience in same industry

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri <Saturday Working: Every other Saturday ( During probation period, every week) >)
