Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor (30K-60K) (SDG-39584)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Procure the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
 Procure estimate from subcontractors and check contents if there are any excesses and deficiencies or not
 Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
 Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
 Select and/or source construction materials
 Manage the costs on a construction project
 Help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget
 Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-50 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
 At least 5 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in Civil field
 Conversational level of English (both writing and reading)
 Ability to work independently

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having experience in estimate factory, plant or warehouse as a Quantity Surveyor

Workplace Area: BTS Chit Lom, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)
