Estimator (25K-35K) (SDG-39895)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
 Understanding the project and estimate price for customer
 Explore documentation in order to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements
 Oversee the different stages of a company project to ensure that expenses follow the forecast plan.
 Prepare the report , proposal and all paper work
 Other tasks as assigned
 No need to visit site



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 24-35 years old
 Bachelor’s degrees from Civil Engineer
 2 years’ experience in estimate price for shop drawing and able to read drawing
 English is required
 Proficient in relevant software including MS Office Suite.(Excel)
 Can work well under pressure

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Background from construction trading company
 Strong interest in marketing/ analytical task
 Good interpersonal skill
 Experience in Japanese company
