Factory Manager

Factory Manager @Rayong (60K-100K) (SDG-40065)
<Job Responsibilities>
 To be responsible for all factory management tasks
 To manage factory in terms of production, delivery, material, manpower
 Coordination with sales department and HQ in Bangkok to make sure client's needs and construction and production plan
 Control manpower and budget to make the highest profit by estimating business situation
 Making reports and documents regarding to factory in English
 To check and improve facility to run production line efficiently
 Visiting construction site to check the delivery date and construction process running as planed *by company car
 Other duties as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male, age 40-49 years old
 Bachelor Degree
 Basic level of English(To make report and document in English)
 At least 3 years working experience as manager level above in manufacturing company
 Having experience in factory management(production, facility, budget control)
 Strong knowledge of production control, quality control
 Driving license
 Having good leadership skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having working experience in construction material, equipment manufacturer
 Able to communicate in Japanese

Workplace Area: Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Sat)
