仕事詳細
To provide actuarial expertise pertaining to product development and business development projects, including generation of product ideas, product design, profit testing, profitability analysis, participation in the product implementation Process, and evaluation of business opportunities.
To negotiate with reinsurer to get an effective reinsurance scheme as well as reinsurance statement and operation.
To deal with management reports, Analysis and statistic reports.
To supervise her subordinates to develop their talents and gain practical experiences.
Product Development – Self Target
- Perform product development of individual and group insurance, pricing, profit testing, filing to OIC for both premium rate and policy wording, including preparing facility for new product implementation. Able to ensure the company’s profitability and marketability.
Reinsurance
- Negotiate any matter with reinsurance company and responsible for reinsurance administration in support of continuing operation i.e. preparing statement report to insurer, setting up and testing LifeAsia system etc.
Subordinate management
- Supervise his/her subordinates to develop their talents and gain practical experiences.
Actuarial Projects assigned by supervisor
- Responsible for actuarial projects i.e. learning new jobs/knowledge to improve themselves, finding new method to improve department’s work flow.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Actuarial, Statistics or related fields
• At least 5 years in actuarial or related fields
• Have Data and statistics analysis skills
• Computer and programming skills
• Good communication in English
