Marketing Manager (N3) (Japanese Speaking) (40K-60K) (SDG-40549)
<Job Responsibilities>
Develop Marketing Campaign and marketing promotion
Take care of Social Media such as Facebook, Line ads
Analyze sales and marketing metrics
Forecast market trends
Analyzing brand performance, competitors' movement, market trends and opportunities
Research market trends, customer demographics and drive creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition
Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 31-40 years old
Bachelor's degree in any fields
At least 5 year experience as marketing
Have a good negotiation skill
Interested in Real estate business
PC Skill (MS Office)
Good command of English
Good command of Japanese (At least N3)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have experience related with condominium or some building project
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Conversational Level
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
