Store Operation Manager (60K-100K) (SDG-40545)
<Job Responsibilities>
General Store operation and Management
Plan, implement and analyze marketing strategy / promotion /material / PR & activity in order to increase customer & sales volume
Control VMD, Visual identidy, Display and marketing tools to be in line with brand manual
Analysing competitor activities to implement effective strategies for both Online & Offline
Keep a record of all customer information from counter sales channel
Create and control point reward program and record redeem points for customer members
Deal with store to delivery product, promotion, to counter on time
Understanding of brand target market and competitors
Other duties assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 30-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in accounting
At least 3 years of marketing experience for increasing sales amount of retail stores in cosmetic industry
Person who has the achievement should apply
Person who has strong analyze skill
At least 1 year of Management experience
Must have experience of personnel performance evaluation
Advanced conversational high level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Person who knows latest marketing and branding strategy in Japanese or American/European luxurious cosmetic brand

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
