Procurement Engineer Officer - Construction (28K-40K) (SDG-40607)
<Job Responsibilities>
Determine that the facility has the machinery, components, and supplies needed to efficiently and safely operate
Coordinate with Quantity Surveyor and Estimation team
Process the selection of appropriate suppliers for purchasing comparing in products and prices and other related matters
Negotiate sales agreements to purchase the required products
Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness
Assist the Manager for related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 27-32 years old
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of experiences in Procurement of construction functions
Having knowledge and understanding of construction drawing, quantity surveyor, estimation & specification of materials
Having knowledge of computer literacy
Able to communicate in daily conversation of English (communicate with JP Manager) and to handle documents and emails
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Fluent in MS Excel or procurement program
Working experience in Japanese Construction Company
