Factory Production Manager @Chonburi (57K-80K) (SDG-40666)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Planning about management of factory by following company target and strategy
 Implement production in according to the plan and controlling process and product quality assurance
 Manage work procedure, execution plan and monitor day to day progress
 Control production plan, manpower planning and production capacity management
 Analysis the trouble and problem of production and set PDCA
 Improving production process and staff ability to produce products as efficiency
 Be responsible for production quality and on-time shipping
 Manage safety of factory
 Manage product cost / implement cost reduction activities and manage budget



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 36-42 years old
 Bachelor's degree or higher
 Having knowledge of Press machine, Plastic Injection part
 Have at least 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
 Have at least 3 years of experience as Manager level
 Advanced conversational level of English ( mid )
 Knowledge of IATF and TPS systems(or related system)
 Having working experience in Tier1 as management level

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Advanced conversational level of Japanese ( mid )
