Production Supervisor (Press Process) @Ayutthaya (30K-40K) (SDG-50247)
<Job Responsibilities>
Check the production capability of press machine, make production schedule to prevent delay
Put the correct manpower in each line for both day shift and night shift
Coordinate with safety team, QA/QC team for any issues which is related them
Control and handle the production process and ensure product system to be quality requirements
Handle production process to work on time by production schedule with good quality.
Solve problems and maintain standardization of production process
Continuously do KAIZEN activity in pressing process section
Develop human resources
Other tasks assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male, age 30-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in engineer field
Have experience to work in Pressing process in automotive industry for more than 5 years (press working experience and mold setup experience etc)
Management experience (over 30 subordinates) for more 1 year
Can read drawing
Conversational level of English (internal use)
Be able to commute to work by themselves
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Knowledge of ISO and IATF
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Rojana industrial park, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:10-17:20(Mon-Fri)
