Compliance Manager (Digital Asset) (40K-80K) (SDG-50250)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Set up compliance framework by creating compliance checklist and conduct on-site/off-site monitoring as specified in compliance annual plan and risk assessment and report the result to directors of company
 Co-work with SEC to set up the Compliance Framework for digital asset exchange
 Support and advise the company for SEC regulations related to digital asset transactions and update regulatory change
 Prepare the materials for CEO monthly meeting and monthly Compliance Committee meeting
 Review materials to ensure the accuracy and compliance with the regulations
 Check policy and procedure and provide advice to management on periodic policy review from Compliance's perspective
 Conduct the training for staff to improve the compliance knowledge for the high risk items or when deem necessary
 Create compliance documents to comply with SEC rules and regulations
 To handle other tasks assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 28-40 years old
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Laws, Economic, or International Business.
 At least 3-5 years experiences of Compliance and SEC Regulations in Financial industry,
 Good communication skill in English ( Able to communicate with Japanese , Belgium, Indian )
 Good computer literacy
 Good problem solving, interpersonal & communication skill
