<Job Responsibilities>
 The IT general manager is responsible for managing the existing operational support, maintenance, and development activities for hire purchase and finance business applications including control outsource vendor. The position combines managerial responsibilities with in-depth hands-on technical expertise.
 The IT general manager is responsible for appropriate staffing, staff management, performance management, and continuous service improvement for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
 The IT general manager is responsible for project management of in-house software development and application development and any other plan related to the future project.
 The IT general manager is responsible for delegate IT policy from head office to apply with local company and communicate with global group company.
 Establish data analysis environment by investigate with existing data field and cooperate with related party.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields.

 Min 8-10 years IT experience in Hire Purchase or Finance business with strong understanding of the systems/software development life cycle management with at least 2 years’ experience in management level.
 Strong project management and planning skill, negotiation and presentation skill.
 In-depth understanding of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle DB, DB2 or other)
 Good understanding of programming language (C#, Java or other) and development environment (Visual studio, eclipse or other)
 Experience in a variety of data integration technologies, data warehouse, Network and IT Devices (switch, Server, Client etc.)
 Good communication, analytical thinking with business sense and effective communication skills with interpersonal and leadership skills.
 Good command in English is a must and if able communicate in Japanese is preferable.
 Good Teamwork and learning skill on new technology and accepts and provides constructive feedback
