<Job Responsibilities>
・Consolidate the supplier quotations, negotiate all commercial topics directly with supplier, involve supplier selection.
・Find new potential supplier in order to reduce cost and save department's budget.
・Process of purchase orders through the purchase order system.
・Process of invoices, ensure that goods have been received completely.
・Prepare document to ensure timely and accurate payments are made to suppliers.
・Other tasked as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Male or Female, Age between 23 - 30 years old
・Bachelor degree in Engineering field
・Have experience at least 2 years as Purchasing Engineer in manufacturing industry
・Have knowledge about Solid work, Auto CAD 3D or Catia program
・Advanced conversation middle level of English
