仕事詳細
<Job Responsibilities>
To manage every issues in purchasing function to reduce cost and any loss, and to make production process better
Checking material from supplier
To visit supplier with Quality department
To estimate every cost in production process and make the best purchasing plan
Coordinate with Thai management to make purchasing plan and material list
Compare and evaluate offers (price and delivery plan) from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement, pricing and delivery plan
Track orders and ensure timely delivery with each suppliers
Review quality of purchased products by communicating with production members
Enter order details into internal system to make record
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 26-32 years old
Bachelor degree in any field
Conversational level of English (Advance low above)
At least 3 years working experience as purchase in manufacturing company
Be able to commute to work by themselves
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Business level of English
Able to communicate in Japanese
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: SAHA industrial Estate, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon- Sat)
