Customer Service Executive (Department Store) (20K-25K) (SDG-50800)
<Job Responsibilities>
Back office 50% / Counter 50%
Responsible for Customer Service Counter operation such as VAT Refund, Member, supportive information, etc. for both Thai and foreign customers
Manage monthly plan of service
Coordinate with related departments in order to support customer service purposes
Support HR department for a service training session for staffs
Monthly report such as VAT Refund, complaints, etc.
Other related tasks as assigned by the superior
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 24-27years old
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Good communication in English for communicating in internal and writing email, report
Willing to work on a late shift (2 times a month)
Willing to work on a national holiday and during festival (Especially New Year Celebration period)
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service including customer service back-office tasks (planning and development)

Working Hour: 10:15-19:15(- Saturday and Sunday Working: Yes
- Day Off: Every Friday + Extra Holiday 2 days /Month (6 holidays per month)
- Late Duty 12:40 - 21:45 (Only 2 times/Month) , Dinner Break 18:30 - 19:30 )
