Production manager (N3) (Japanese Speaking) @Samutprakarn (45K-65K) (SDG-50948)
<Job Responsibilities>
Make recommendations for the development of manufacturing objectives, plans and strategies.
Develop and implement new techniques, method and process to continuously improve Safety, Quality and Productivity to meet the target
Support quality-control programs and solve quality related issues.
Plan and analyze machine capacity and manpower needed (both day shift and night shift)
Manage production budget and controls expenses efficiently.
Other task as assigned by factory manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, 32-40 years old
Bachelor's degree in any fields
Good command in Japanese with JLPT certificate N3 or higher
Be able to work night shift when needed
Good project management skill, problem solving skill, managerial skill, communication skill
Knowledge in ISO 9001, ITAF16949
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience as production manager/assistant manager for these following products: TPO sheet, PVC sheet, PP honey board, PP board with non-woven
Have working background in automotive parts industries
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Basic Level
Workplace Area: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri, 10 Sat/year), Night Shift (If any) 20.00 - 5.00))
