Project Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking) (60K-90K) (SDG-51026)
<Job Responsibilities>
Building up close relationship with Architects and related parties such as Developer, Owner, and Construction.
Maintain existing customers and develop new customers
Setting up marketing strategies and activities
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
Experience at least 6 years in sale planning or sale
Able to communicate in English and Japanese is a must
Having experience in dealing with Architects and related parties
Good negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making skills
Strong service mind, good interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure
Have own car and able to visit customers
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Able to read shop drawing
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Business Level
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenjit, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)
