Regulatory Affairs Officer (Cosmetics and Supplementary) (20K-35K) (SDG-51167)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Act as a link between companies and regulatory authorities, ensuring that products are manufactured and distributed in compliance with appropriate legislation
 Studying scientific and legal documents
 Gathering, evaluating, organizing, managing and collating information in a variety of formats
 Ensuring compliance with regulations set by Thai FDA
 Planning, undertaking and overseeing product trials and regulatory inspections
 Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines analyzing complicated information, including trial data
 Offering advice about company policies, practices and systems obtaining marketing permission
 Liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities
 Ensuring that quality standards are met and submissions meet strict deadlines
*Other related tasks
 Ensure the smooth operation in matter of import cosmetics and other goods from Japan
 Contact to warehouse and ensure stock keeping
 Assist General Affairs team to work in other related business of the company, including of golf court, restaurant hotel reservation, and the fashion stores in Chonburi


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 23-30 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 At least 1 year of experience working as a Regulatory Affairs Officer for cosmetics and supplementary products
 Understand the whole process of products registration by Thai FDA
 Good command of written English (for documentation)
 Willing to travel for work in Chonburi (once a week)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Japanese speaking (N3 and above)
