Sales Manager (Automotive Industry) (Japanese Speaking) @Rayong (80K-120K) (SDG-51430)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Develop and implement account and industry strategies based on relevant company’s strategies, e.g. global, regional, local strategies
 Customer and sales management: maintain broader and deeper customer contacts to resolve and/or expedite matters by offering solutions according to customer needs for further business expansion and develop and optimize business models for efficiency and effectiveness to the customers and company
 Project development: initiate, develop and materialize new businesses through project development
 Market intelligence and Solutions: collect market trends, applications of products/technologies as well as competitor benchmark such as positioning performance and competitive product portfolio and lead to translate them into technical solutions to fulfill customers’ expectations
 Business operation: manage operational issues, e.g. reporting, cost and budget and other KPIs


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 35-45 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 10-15 years' of experience in Sales functions in automotive parts industry
 Proven experience in management level more than 5 years
 Good command of verbal and written English for business conversation with overseas partners
 Japanese speaking in business level (JLPT N2 and above)
 Able to use own car for business purpose
 Able to work independently
