IT Manager (Web and Mobile developer) (Japanese Speaking) (70K-112K) (SDG-51550)
<Job Responsibilities>
Work closely with internal (ASEAN) stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements for Web / Mobile applications
Lead and make direction for Web / Mobile application for ASEAN
Lead the project in timely and surely
Manage and control member and also vendor
Support other branch in ASEAN country (Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia) by visiting once a month
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in any fields
Experience in IT Manager position at least 3 years
Experience implementing web/mobile application
Be able to clearly communicate with internal (ASEAN) stakeholders and another team members
Strong communication skills in English, TOEIC 700+
Good command of Japanese (Able to communicate with Japanese Manager)
Knowledge and experience for overall of Web / Mobile development
Familiarity with web technologies like Html, CSS, XML, JavaScript, etc.
