Sales Manager or Sales Assistant Manager @Chonburi (60K-80K) (SDG-50955)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Supervise sales team and make a business plan in order to achieve the Sales target and increase the profit of the company
 Develop new potential clients in automotive business (Chonburi, Rayong, Bangkok, Ayutthaya area)
 Maintain strong relationship with existing clients.
 Train and supervise new coming sales staff.
 Visit clients to maintain relationship.
 Responsible for marketing plan
 Make sales pipelines to meet company's target
 Other task's as assigned.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 40-45 years old
 Master's or Bachelor's Degree of Science Chemistry, Chemical Engineer or related fields
 At least 5 years experience as Sales in Paint Manufacturing for Automotive Coating is a must
 At least 2-3 years experience in Management Level
 Be able to communicate in English (Advanced Conversational Low-Middle Level)
 Be able to analyze business data and double competition
 Good communication skill and be able to work under high pressure
 Knowledge of Sales forecast accuracy and Production sales inventory (PSI)
 Have driving license and be able to drive car in Sales activity (Company provide car)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Have knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 is preferable
 Work experience in Automotive Paint Business
