Accounting Officer (25K-30K) (SDG-51933)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Manage payment Voucher (PV), Petty Cash Voucher (PC)&Reeive Vocher (RV) and submit to outsource Accounting
 Handle bank transfer and cheque for payment to supplier.
 Prepare withholding tax documents.
 Arrange supporting documents of accounting in order to support the outsource accounting company to prepare monthly report and tax matters such as PND.1,PND.53, PP. 30, PP.36, etc., after that submitting for tax payments with the Revenue Department (“RD”).
 Contact with Outsource Accounting regarding accounting matters including tax if there are some queries.
 Prepare and review petty cash and the bank status/balance then report to MD.
 Review monthly report after receiving from the outsource accounting firm
 Plan and prepare monthly payroll.
 Coordinate with Auditor regarding annual audit process.
 Record budget control and inform to MD.
 Prepare related documents for requesting advance payment to Head Quarter.
 Submit report of SSO1-10 Form monthly and proceed for payment.
 Contact with SSO and submit application form for payment of compensation fund yearly.
 Filing accounting documents systematically.
 Other assignments by MD.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Female, age 25-35 years old
 Bachelor's degree in accounting
 Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting
 Standard knowledge in the matters of accounting
 Good command in English (writing skills)
 Good at Microsoft office (Excel is must)
 Have analytical thinking and sense of problem solving

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having knowledge about shipping will be advantage
 Be able to work under pressure
 Work well both independent and team work
