Environment Manager @Rayong (65K-76K) (SDG-51811)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Be fully responsible for environmental functions of affiliates
 Ensure that adequate internal controls are implemented
 Coordinate with PD Dept. in consideration of raw materials use in process that may potentially generate pollution impacting pollution control in ambient and neighboring communities.
 Perform environment duties such as waste water system, air pollutant, toxic and non-toxic industrial waste are and environment problem etc.
 Maintain liaison with local authorities e.g. Ministry of Industry, Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (I-EA-T), Pollution Control Authority, Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP) and Municipality concerning essential permit by laws including development of social relationship with local communities.
 Evaluate and investigate character of pollution and efficiency of the pollution preventive control system.
 Maintain emergency plan for protection of pollution releases to environment.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/ Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in Environment Engineering, Environment Science, Environment Management or related field.
 10 years’ experience in environment field (such as safety officer)
 At least 5 years experiences working in Management level.
 Advanced conversation middle of English
 Having experience in chemicals factory
 Having knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001
 Implementation experience about EIA Monitoring / EIA Report is a must.
 Good attitude / cooperation with government sector such as I-EA-T, ONEP, Ministry of Industry etc.
 Basic computer skill(MS Office)
 Self-motivation and team work spirit, can work under pressure.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Having certificate of Environment Manager *after joining this position has pass examination and get license of Hazardous Material controller (in Thai language;Bor Chor or บฉ.)
 Having Safety Officer Professional license
 Having experience about Occupational Health and Safety
 In Petrochemical will be a plus
