Deputy General Manager - BPR (Business Process Reengineering) (75K-120K) (SDG-52063)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Perform to improve business processes to increase the productivity for ISO / HR / Accounting / SCM projects *First responsible for acquisition of ISO 9001
 Interact with all levels of management and be able to document existing processes, manage and analyze data, and recommend enhanced business processes
 Provide expertise based on previous experience with training and technical assistance, business process analysis, change management, and other performance improvement
 Lead the analyses of IRC operations, business processes, and organizational structures using business process reengineering and improvement (BPR/BPI) methods and tools
 Support implementation activities using change management approaches and interact with staff and senior leadership to accomplish project objectives
 Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to support Operations processes
 Support the development of service and operating agreements
 Communicate Lean and other process improvement methodologies to the organization
 Other duties as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/ Female, age 32-45 years old
 Bachelor's Degree
 3 years progressive experience in business improvement and performance measurement projects in corporate company
 Business level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Japanese skill
