<Job Responsibilities>
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
- Build & maintain good relationship with existing clients and explore new business from potential
clients.
- Handle some major projects of a large account under direct supervision of Account Manager including:
+ Manage clients’ expectations.
+ Develop and manage projects / programs, including concept proposals, implementation plan,
staffing plan, budget and timeline.
- Take part in the working process from beginning to finishing a brand’s communication project.
- Generate CREATIVE IDEAS and organize brainstorming to devise a campaign that meets the clients
brief and budget;
- Prepare proposal beautifully, present to clients and handle objection successfully via identifying
decision-maker, client’s internal situation and way of working.
- Develop project plan in consultation with other teams to specify detailed action timeline, checklists,
PIC and other resources allocation required.
- Ensure implementation of project compliant to standard working process of company.
- Other related work according to actual requirements.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Graduation: Bachelor with major related to position (Marketing, advertising or communication;)
- Age: 24-30
- Gender: Any, Male Preffered
- English: Business level
- OOH & Digital background
- Proven at least 2-year experience as an Account Supervisor.
- Familiarity with budgeting and reporting
- Computer level: Computer expert (words, excel & power- point programs)
- Strategic thinking
- Negotiation, Logical Thinking, Planning (excellent in using Microsoft office), Communication (fluent in English)
- Good at presentation and persuasion skills.
- Make and follow proposals for clients.
- Energetic & strong teamwork spirit
