Work Outline Responsible for all M&A functions with Japanese Executive


Duties & Responsibilities:
Autonomy to lead and run a deal from beginning to end
Developing existing relationships and building new ones
Analyze and assess the underlying risk in accordance with the relevant product line policies and procedures
Prepare non-binding indication letters, insurance policies and binder agreements
Interact with clients, client’s advisors, brokers and other deal professionals
Review and understand documentation relevant to the analysis and assessment of the risk
Participate on underwriting conference calls
Manage the underwriting process and, in cooperation with the legal department, the selection of and work performed by outside counsel
Present preliminary findings and conclusions to senior underwriters and management


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, 30-50 years old
Bachelor’s degree 
Have 7-10years M&A experience in insurance sector or other financial institutions,etc
A good knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse client needs
Autonomy to lead and run a deal from beginning to end 


Preferable Skill / Experience:
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Highly focused, enthusiastic and creative thinker;
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaboratively work on a global basis;


Languages skills 
English: Business Level
Japanese: None 




Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng or MRT Silom
Working Hour: 08.30 - 17.30 (Mon - Fri)
