Opportunity to learn principle of Secretary in Japanese company
Opportunity to learn how the restaurant business expand in Thailand
Opportunity to be a professional in Secretary in the future
Work outline: Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate between Japanese clients and Thai manager
Interpretation in the office and also meeting, and documents
Translation of E-mail, necessary documents
Be interpreter for Japanese clients in office
Translate some company’s document from Japanese to Thai
Assist Japanese member for visa and work permit issue
Clients visiting (Only in Bangkok ex Central World)
Providing administrative support to Japanese staff (e.g. pick up a phone)
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, age 22-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree
Good manner, appearance and personality
Understand Japanese culture
Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
Fresh university graduated is considerable
Preferable:
Visa and Workpermit experience is preferred
At least 1 year experience in Interpreter
Languages skills
English: Conversation level
Japanese: Advance Conversation level (At least N2)
Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom
Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Friday)
