JD:
1. Supervising sale and marketing activities
2. Planning controlling and supervising company's task in overall and obtain the highest benefit according to the company's objective.
3. Supervising and controlling employees behaviours, consulting, training personnel, being the leader in order to admonish and punish those employees who broke the rules according to company's objective.
3. Making decision and solving the problems between company and customers.
4. Supervising pricing, sale, after sale service, and raw materials.
Qualification:
• Male/Female, Japanese nationality.
• aged 30-45 years old.
• 5-8 years experience in production line work.
• Having good knowledge of production factory and production machine development
• Having good talent of management skill
