About this Job
Job Highlight
New type of business in Thailand (no competitor)
Stable and potential to grow up in Thailand
Evaluation bases on real performance of individual
Work outline: Responsible for develop new customers as well as maintain healthy relationship with existing ones
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop new customers (most of the customers are owners of building/tower/land)
Do survey on the location
Collect data and do marketing research and promotions
Prepare presentation on each project
Liaise and make negotiation with customers
Visit customers in Bangkok area, normally travel by public transportations
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female , age 24-30 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration or other related field
At least 2 years of working experience sales or marketing
Working experience in Japanese company will be advantage
Good command of English
Good PC skills in MS Office
Excellent interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
Possessed business manner and excellent interpersonal skill
Love meeting and talking with people
Preferable Skill / Experience
Working experience in service or hotel industries
Working experience as Sales or Business Development
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB
