<Job Responsibilities>
• Meet, talk, and coordinate with executives, managers, employees, and other relevant people in the organization.
• To know and be aware of information and needs about the problem and challenges in human resource management that occur in the organization
• Provide practical advice in terms of people management and adjusting the organization's people management structure including setting up human resource management systems in various fields to meet the strategy of the organization
• Bring out the knowledge and capabilities of the existing human resources of the organization. as well as laying down guidelines for development, improvement, and solving problems related to knowledge development Skills and abilities of people in the organization
• To help drive the business to operate according to the strategic plan laid out in each period.
• Able to build good relationships and incentivize people in the organization, whether they are leaders, managers, employees, etc., to work together smoothly.
• Being the center of people management in the organization.
• Collect information analyze data forecast trends in people management whether it is a limitation problem in managing people in the organization and laying out new approaches to managing people in order to make the organization's human resource management most effective for the organization to achieve its goals
• Ask questions and issues of new challenges in managing people for executives and corporate leaders in order to see the foundations of managing people in each period as well as laying down guidelines for the development of executives in terms of people management in the organization
• Able to formulate strategies and plans in various fields of human resource management including creating various activities in the organization to motivate and encourage people at all levels
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-45 years old
- Master’s degree in a related field
- At least 8 years of working experience in Human Resources with Labour law knowledge
- Good communication in English (write read and speak)
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experienced in building a strong corporate culture
- Good communication skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Outstanding ability to present or influence people and lead a team
- Having good human relations including the ability to build good relationships with others
- Experienced in developing performance appraisal systems for various positions in the organization
