<Job Responsibilities>
- Providing support, answering questions, giving advice solution to customers about our services and products
- Do the appointment, arrange car to pick up with customers, and hotel reservation
- Communicating directly with customers via onsite or call or email or web meeting
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents and promptly respond to client’s inquiries
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Follow up on customer complaints or requests or issues
- Prepare the document translations and reports
- Conduct presentation of IT, IoT or Factory Automation Systems to customers (no need knowledge as training will be provided)
- Coordinate with other teams related to customers problem and system
- Performing all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements and complaint management processes
- Performing other duties as deemed necessary by the Immediate Supervisor or Senior colleague from time to times
- Performing Asset Management
- Responding to various types of events or exhibit
- Communication with solution owner
- Maintaining company web site

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Female, 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 2++ years of working experiences of IoT Consultant / IT Consultant
- Basic knowledge of IT Products
- Can communicate in English (optional Japanese)
- Willing to travel to Chonburi office (once a week, have provided company's car with driver. Stay overnight: basically none, depends on projects required)
