仕事詳細
• Manage day to day operations of the existing cost accounting function from management of current rates to monthly close and analysis.
• Develop new, robust processes to drive productivity in the cost accounting function.
• Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost to operate statement along with supporting analysis.
• Assist with the coordination and deliverables for quarterly reviews and annual audits performed by internal and external auditors.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and analyses and assist team with research on cost accounting questions and assist with special projects as requested.
• Proactive analysis of variances and communication of issues and opportunities to operations management.
• Develop metrics and tracking system for major cost drivers.
• Define policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: Average 5 days per year> )
Salary: 50,000–80,000THB
• Age 37-42 years
• Female preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Have working experience at least 8 years in cost accounting, financial analysis and general accounting from any manufacturing industry
• Have working experience about cost accounting in automotive manufacturing industry at least 3 years
• Have management experience as Cost Accounting Assistant Manager at least 3 years
• Conversation middle level of English
• Demonstrated familiarity with pricing under both acquisition and assistance instruments.
• Demonstrated familiarity with sophisticated budgeting tools, approaches, processes and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must work extremely well under pressure.
• Strong training skills and experience.
• Have working experience in Japanese big company before is preferable
• Not job hopper is preferable
• SAP experience is a plus
