仕事詳細
• To overview all operation of Corporate Marketing Team/BD and Claim Team to reach company goal.
• To holding of License of Life & Non-Life Insurance, re-insurance Broking.
• To monitor and control the marketing team follow to the budget of the company.
• To advice, suggest and encourage the team to negotiate the term and condition of the policy including solving any problems.
• To coordinate with Lead customer for good relationship with customer and insurer.
• To education the marketing team in product knowledge and other skills.
• To negotiate specific claim case of customer.
• Master degree in any related field.
• Experience in non-life Insurance field more than 7 years.
• To holding of License of Life & Non-Life Insurance.
• Possessing excellent communication.
• Positive thinking, Service-mind and good interpersonal skills.
• Good in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Driving license.
