<Job Responsibilities>
- Renewal Ensure the smooth operation of hardware systems and perform routine system operations including data backup and keeping of daily/problem logs.
- Oversee and/or perform installation, maintenance and monitoring of the company's systems, hardware, software, and local area network. Maintain inventory records of them as our company assets. Provide support for system upgrades, file maintenance and installations where installations are carried out by vendors.
- Liaise with other departments on behalf of users on matters relating to company information systems, and make, plan, and maintain office automation and communication infrastructure.
- Communicate with related parties to understand the requirements/needs, and working as a project leader and coordinated with any related parties, while ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes, objectives, and a detailed project plan to track progress, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, resource availability and allocation.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, and Monitor/Measure project performance by using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Managing team to support EUC development and include testing process and daily operations to resolve and prevent problems. Perform trouble shooting and act as an internal resource for system problems or unusual situations encountered.
- Preparation of the documentations for requirements/developments for EUC and special projects and supervise developers.
- Maintain list and manage EUC control over the organization
- Co-ordinate with vendor for regulatory reporting system requirements/documents
- Establish, maintain, and implement policies, rules, and procedure/manual for managing information and information systems.
- Organize hands-on demonstrations and/or train end users in the use of new software and hardware products.
- Improve literacy of information Security Management of the company members and provide relevant staff training.
- Report and escalate to management as needed, and assist the Department Head to make budget application and IT strategy reports etc.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT or related fields
- At least 5 years in IT Application
- Experience in communicate with vendors and users
- Good command of English and Japanese
- Experience in preparation, review, and update Procedure & Manual

<Preferable skills>
- Knowledge in VMware
- EUC or related functions

Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese: Conversational Level

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Monday - Friday, no need to work on Saturday)
