Work Outline: Selling new and used cars and related product as franchise of Gulliver, Management sales team


 Duties & Responsibilities:
Bargain or support bargaining with key essential service so as to enhance the cost structure. 
Work together with colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery. 
Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligations to each sales staff. 
Solicit for other job duties needing attention to enhance service and improve customers’ contentment to a reasonable extent. 
Assist team managers to intensify sales via training on sales methods. Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming personnel.
Selling both new and used cars as well as finance and related product.
Selling and promoting Finance, Insurance products and Paint Protection.


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, 30-35 years old, Male/Female
Bachelor’s degree 
More than 4 years’ experience in work car dealers or any related company
Have driver’s license


Preferable Skill / Experience:
Experience to work Japanese company




Languages skills 
English: Conversational level
Japanese: None




Workplace Area: BTS Ratchadamri
Working Hour: 10:00 – 19:00 (8 holiday/month)


About the Benefit
Salary: 22,000-32,000THB/Month Negotiable
