 Preparation for mass production
 Equipment procurement and installation, Maintenance
 If any problem for PLC system, Identify and deal with any issues
 Consider any solutions prevent from occur issues again
 Manage subordinates with Senior SV (Senior SV makes plan)
 Cost reduction activities
 Communicate with Japanese manager in Japanese *They order something in Japanese and English
 Other tasks as assigned Senior SV


 Age 30-39 years
 Bachelor’s Degree
 Male only
 At least 1 year experience as Maintenance engineer in Electrical or Mechanical manufacturing company
 Strong knowledge of PLC program (PLC: Mitsubishi MELSOFT PLC Soft: Gx developer GX-works2)
 Have knowledge of ISO9001・14001
 Conversational middle level of Japanese (Can communicate with Japanese manager, up to N3)
 Basic level of English
 Able to use MS office
 Have strong mindset is preferable
 Work in Japanese company is preferable
 Not job hopper is preferable
