Job Highlight
Opportunity of utilizing your shop managing skill
Opportunity of managing new setup shop
Candidates who are not familiar with car maintenance industry are welcome
Work Outline: Handle general admin & accounting task and coordinate with outsource company
Duties & Responsibility:
Handling company’s account receivable and account payable (AR/AP)
Handling month-end and year-end closing processes and preparing and analyzing financial reports
Undertaking financial administration and planning for financial forecasting and risk analysis
Preparing reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
Developing and managing financial systems/policies and administering payrolls
Ensuring compliance with taxation legislation.
Responsible for Visa and work-permit issue for company’s foreign employees
Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
Cooperate with local bank for company’s general banking issue
In charge of internal purchasing, office material
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Age 25-40, Male or Female
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 2 years of experience of shop operation manager.(any industry is OK)
[Preferable]
Able to speak Japanese
Female
Languages skills
English: Conversational level

Working Hour: 9:30-18:30/10:30-19:30(Mon-Fri)
